The Gender Equality Commission was officially created at the CABD in March, 2018. This group has been developing several activities to promote gender equality. To give visibility to the different experiences of careers in science from a female point of view, the senior researchers that give talks at the CABD have been interviewed. Several ideas can be learned from their experiences to achieve a better gender balance in science and at the CABD.
The first interview was with Dr. Alexis Braun, a post doctoral fellow in the Glover lab (University of Cambridge, UK) can be read here:
