Nicola Bordin, a PhD student from the Devos’ lab, developed ICBdocker. This resource provides easy deployment of a computational pipeline for protein annotation. ICBdocker gathers information about functional and structural features of proteomes using a Python/Perl pipeline. The output of the analyses can be featured using Data Tables. Nicola is now a step closer to become a PhD.
