Celia Muñoz, a PhD student, and Peter Askjaer participated in the discovery on worm chromatin domain segregation showing that sequestration of a strong gene activator, CBP/p300, by H3K36me3, regulates the spatial organization of inactive domains. This project was developed with the Gasser lab at University of Basel, Switzerland. This work using C. elegans was published in Nature.
